About me

My passion for video games and music has shaped the path of my entire career.

In 2007, I attended the first Distant Worlds concert in Stockholm — a live orchestral performance dedicated to video game music. That experience changed everything. It revealed how powerful the connection between games and live music could be, and it sparked a curiosity that would eventually define my professional direction.

What began as an interest in video game music soon grew into a deeper fascination with music as a whole. Through these concerts I discovered new genres, especially wind orchestra and classical repertoire, and realized how much creativity and emotion live performance can carry far beyond the gaming world. This broader perspective led me to study conducting, ensemble leadership, and the craft of shaping musical experiences for both musicians and audiences.

Over the years I have explored that intersection from many angles — learning Japanese, traveling to concerts and events around the world, and working closely with performers, organizers, and creators. Step by step, my focus evolved from being a fan in the audience to becoming a conductor and producer on stage.

Today, I work as a conductor, producer, and artistic project lead, active in both classical and crossover projects. I enjoy building teams, developing concepts, and guiding productions from first idea to final performance. My work is driven by collaboration, structure, and a deep respect for musicians, audiences, and the music itself.

One of the results of that journey is Songs From Our Savefiles — a concert concept created to celebrate video game music through live performance and community.

A personal highlight

During a visit to Japan, I was once handed a violin and a conductor’s baton with a simple message: never give up on music.

Years later, I returned to conduct a 100-piece orchestra in Japan — and eventually to lead video game concerts in Sweden. Those moments remain some of the most meaningful milestones of my life. And I remain continously grateful for the amazing people I have worked with and continue to work with today.
