Producer, QA Lead

  • Produced, and coached the team for development process of video games as part of video game developers consultants side projects at the company.

  • Creating an atmosphere of collaboration, safety, and friendliness within the team while promoting a high degree of resilience

  • QA Lead. Led the process or quality assurance ensuring repeated sessions of on-site and remote gameplay tests and other sessions for feedback loop between developers and the userbase.

  • Managed sprints, deadlines, scrums, budgets, schedules, and resources, including coordinating communication between team members, assistance to the team in removing obstacles, and maintaining a high level of focus through use of various tools for project management such as JIRA

  • Collaborated with designers, programmers, artists, and other team members to identify and resolve development issues, resulting in successful launches of games. For our projects at 0+X we use consultants on and off current projects, and I contracted and outsourced any outside work we do not have expertise for such as artists.

  • Encouraging the team to embrace learning and to engage in rapid experimentation to foster growth and development.

Audio Designer/Programmer

  • Designed and implemented audio assets, music and sound effects for video games, using industry-standard software and tools

  • Worked collaboratively with the development team to create an immersive rhythm game experience that aligned with the game's design and story.

  • Conducted extensive playtesting to ensure that audio assets and sound effects were effective, clear, and enhanced the overall player experience.
